"Do it today."
I chose this in ‘50 ways to Cope with Stress’.
When I have many problems, I become nervous and irritated. After that, I’m unwilling to do anything.
But I have to do get them over, so I often do that not in other day, but in that day.
After I finished one of them, I feel easy.
When I think of all of the problems, It seems tiresome,
but when I think of one of them, it seems easy.
It is important not to carry over them, and to manage them one by one easily.
